A bridge – built over a massive log – spans a small creek on a trail at Pacific Rim National Park near Tofino, Canada. Tofino, on the west coast of Vancouver Island, is a popular destination for hikers, surfers, and other people seeking to escape the cities and get back to nature. Tofino is about 320km north of the provincial capital, Victoria, and not too far from Vancouver.
